Brazeiros Churrascaria is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse that brings the rich culinary traditions of Rio Grande do Sul, Southern Brazil, to the United States.

With locations in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Louisville, Kentucky, Brazeiros offers a unique dining experience characterized by continuous tableside service of a variety of delectable meats, a bountiful salad bar, and traditional Brazilian side dishes.

Rodízio-Style Service

At the heart of Brazeiros' dining experience is the rodízio-style service, where guests are presented with a continuous selection of fifteen different cuts of meat, including beef, chicken, pork, lamb, and sausage.

These meats are expertly prepared by skilled Gaucho chefs, involved in every step—from butchering and seasoning to grilling and serving.

Each guest controls the service with a green and red coaster-like card; displaying the green side signals the chefs to begin serving, while the red side stops the service.

Salad Bar and Side Dishes

Complementing the meats is Brazeiros' gourmet salad bar, featuring over 30 items such as imported and domestic cheeses, marinated vegetables, fresh steamed cut vegetables, and a variety of gourmet salads.

Traditional Brazilian side dishes like crispy polenta, caramelized banana, and garlic mashed potatoes are served family-style and replenished throughout the meal.

Steak sauces, Farofa, Yucca, and French Fries are available upon request at no additional charge.

Beverages and Desserts

Brazeiros offers an extensive international and national wine list, as well as exotic cocktails, including the Brazilian national drink, the caipirinha.

Desserts like Papaya Cream and Brazilian Flan provide a sweet conclusion to the meal. Approximately 95% of the menu is gluten-free, including the homemade desserts.

Brazeiros operates two locations:

• Knoxville, TN: Located at 6901 Kingston Pike, this site offers lunch and dinner services. Lunch hours are Friday through Sunday from 12 PM to 3 PM. Dinner hours are Monday to Thursday, 4 PM to 10 PM; Friday and Saturday, 3 PM to 10 PM; and Sunday, 3 PM to 9 PM.
• Louisville, KY: Situated at 450 S. 4th Street, this location serves lunch on Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM to 3 PM. Dinner hours are Monday to Thursday, 4 PM to 10 PM; Friday and Saturday, 3 PM to 10:30 PM; and Sunday, 3 PM to 9 PM.
