Bramble & Hare is located at 1970 13th Street in Boulder, Colorado. This farm-to-table bistro opened its doors in July 2012. It was founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife, Jill. The restaurant is a sister establishment to Black Cat Farm Table Bistro, also owned by the Skokans.
