BoldAge PACE is a privately held healthcare organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized care for older adults through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Established in 2015, the company operates multiple centers across the United States.

Its model supports seniors with diverse medical and non-medical needs, enabling them to live independently at home while receiving necessary care. Services offered include personalized healthcare, independent living support, community engagement, transportation, and more to ensure participants can remain comfortably in their homes.

In October 2024, BoldAge PACE expanded with a new center in North Charleston, South Carolina. This facility offers access to primary care, physical therapy, home care, nutrition services, and social activities all under one roof. Transportation services are also available for participants.

Leadership and Growth

The leadership team comprises experienced professionals from the home health and hospice sectors, including CEO Mary Austin, who has over 15 years of PACE experience. Under their guidance, BoldAge PACE operates 14 locations across eight states.

There are plans to open 10 more centers by 2026, reflecting an aggressive nationwide expansion strategy.
