Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. (BNE) is a diversified, family-owned company headquartered in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Established in 1962, BNE has grown to become the largest Hardee's franchisee in the United States. It operates over 330 Hardee's restaurants across North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina, and Kentucky.

The company was founded by brothers Mayo and Nick Boddie and their uncle, Carleton Noell, who opened one of the first Hardee's restaurants in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Their commitment to friendly service and high-quality charbroiled burgers quickly established BNE as a leader in the fast-food industry.

In addition to Hardee's, BNE owns and operates several other restaurant brands, including Texas Steakhouse & Saloon, Café Carolina and Bakery, and Moe's Southwest Grill franchises. The company also manages the historic Rose Hill Conference Center and engages in land development projects through its BNE Land & Development division.

BNE is known for its innovative approach to the Hardee's menu.
