Beemok Hospitality Collection (BHC) is a Charleston, South Carolina-based hospitality company founded in 2021 by businessman and philanthropist Ben Navarro. The company’s mission is to create meaningful ways for people to connect and share extraordinary experiences.

With a focus on generational ownership and longstanding partnerships, BHC is building a portfolio of interconnected hospitality, entertainment, and wellness experiences designed to stimulate the senses and enrich lives.

Flagship Property

BHC’s flagship property is The Charleston Place, a landmark hotel located in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. In March 2022, BHC transitioned The Charleston Place to a fully independent luxury hotel.

The goal is to captivate the hearts and imaginations of all who enter “Charleston’s Living Room.”

Portfolio Expansion

The company’s portfolio now includes:

• The Cooper, downtown Charleston’s only luxury waterfront hotel
• Sorelle, a multi-level Italian restaurant concept in partnership with the MINA Group
• The Riviera Theater, a revitalized iconic entertainment venue
• Credit One Stadium, a world-class venue for sports and entertainment

Design Studio

In addition to hospitality ventures, BHC established Atelier Kim, a hospitality and residential interior design studio led by founder and design principal Jungsoo Kim.

The studio’s design services support all existing and future BHC legacy investments, reflecting the intentionality and vision of the locally and independently owned hospitality company.
