About Beaumont
Beaumont at Bryn Mawr is a resident-owned, resident-governed cooperative continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, approximately 10 miles west of Philadelphia.
Established in 1988, Beaumont offers a unique equity model of ownership. Residents own a share of the community through a co-operative real estate membership.
This model combines the benefits of homeownership with services, amenities, and care typical of a traditional CCRC.
Community Features
The community sits on 50 landscaped acres of the former Austin estate. It features 68 private villas and 131 apartments.
