• Laveen: A 39,000-square-foot acute care facility with 16 inpatient rooms, two state-of-the-art operating rooms, an emergency department, laboratory, and radiology suite.
• Gilbert: A freestanding emergency room offering 24/7 emergency care, digital imaging including CT scanner and X-ray, ultrasound, surgical services, and wound care.
• Surprise: Additional location providing accessible healthcare services.

Mesa Facility Details

The Mesa hospital is located on Elliot Road and Ellsworth Road, with inpatient services and specialties including cardiology, critical care, general surgery, gynecology, infectious disease, lung cancer screening, nutritional services, orthopedics, and more.

Laveen Facility Details

Located north of S. 51st Avenue and west of Baseline Road, the Laveen hospital offers inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures and 24/7 emergency medical care. Its specialties include respiratory services, surgical podiatry, and telemetry.

Gilbert Facility Details

The Gilbert facility is located at 4760 E. Germann Rd., Gilbert, AZ 85297. It provides advanced diagnostic and emergency services including an accredited laboratory and online ER waiting room.
