Allied Beverage Group

Allied Beverage Group, LLC is a family-owned company that has been a cornerstone of New Jersey's wine and spirits distribution since the early 1930s. It was formed through the mergers of The Baxter Group, Inc., F&A Distributing Company, and The Jaydor Corporation. In August 2017, Allied expanded further by combining with Breakthru Beverage New Jersey. This growth has made it the state's largest and most comprehensive distributor of fine wines and spirits.

The company is headquartered in Elizabeth, New Jersey, where it operates a state-of-the-art distribution facility and offices at 700 Kapkowski Road, Elizabeth, NJ 07201.
