Established in 1983, the organization operates KQAC 89.9 FM, known as All Classical Radio, which serves over 250,000 local listeners in Oregon and Southwest Washington and millions more worldwide through online streaming.

International Children's Arts Network (ICAN)

In 2019, All Classical Radio launched the International Children's Arts Network (ICAN), a 24-hour arts and music network designed for children, families, caregivers, and educators.

ICAN broadcasts diverse content that inspires children to engage with music and the arts, available through online streaming, mobile apps, and on-demand services.

Media Arts Center

In December 2024, All Classical Radio inaugurated its new Media Arts Center and broadcasting headquarters at the KOIN Tower in downtown Portland.

This 15,000-square-foot facility includes state-of-the-art production studios, a 100-seat performance hall, and an acoustically sealed-off production studio for podcasts and rehearsals.

The move reflects the organization's commitment to enhancing its services and supporting local musicians and artists.
