Alive

Alive Hospice is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care, palliative care, bereavement support, and community education in Middle Tennessee.

Established in 1975, Alive Hospice has been serving the community for over four decades. It offers a range of services to support patients and their families during challenging times.

Services Offered

• Hospice Care: Personalized physical, emotional, and spiritual care for individuals with a limited life expectancy, including infants and children. This care focuses on enhancing patient quality of life and providing family support.
• Palliative Care: Available at any stage of a serious illness, providing an extra layer of comfort and support. This care aims to improve quality of life regardless of a terminal diagnosis.
• Grief Support: The Grief Center offers comfort to anyone facing a loss. Services are available to the whole community to help individuals navigate grief and find healing.
• Education: Free, interactive workshops on grief, remembrance, legacy, and advance care planning. These resources empower individuals with knowledge and support during difficult times.

Locations

Alive Hospice operates in two primary locations in Middle Tennessee.

• Nashville, TN: The main office at 1718 Patterson Street serves as the central hub for services and administrative functions.
• Murfreesboro, TN: Provides regional care extending compassionate support to surrounding communities.
