The company's inaugural project, Gilly's Clubhouse and Rooftop, is a multifaceted dining and entertainment venue located in downtown Detroit. Situated in the historic Kay Baum Building on Woodward Avenue, Gilly's offers a unique blend of indoor and outdoor spaces.

These include a 120-square-foot television wall and a rooftop hacienda-inspired area featuring a tequila tasting room and casual Mexican street food.

In addition to Gilly's, 7OH2 Hospitality introduced Saksey's Cocktail Lounge, an intimate venue designed to provide a nostalgic and immersive experience. Located in the lower level of Gilly's, Saksey's features a bespoke alleyway entrance, lacquered woods, adventurous patterns, and refined lighting.

The lounge offers a curated cocktail menu by award-winning mixologist Eric Hobbie and sharable plates by Executive Chef Adrian Estrada, emphasizing Detroit's rich heritage.
