Porter Duties & Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Assist guests with luggage and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
Address minor issues in guest rooms or common areas promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment
Provide information about the facility, local attractions and services to guests
Ensure the cleanliness of common areas
Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or requests
Uphold and enforce the facility’s standards for quality and customer service
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the facility’s layout and amenities
