For the applicant: Talk about the way you follow strict hygiene protocols, regularly sanitize workstations and ensure proper food storage and handling. Mention monitoring food expiration dates and conducting temperature checks to guarantee food safety standards are met.

5. How do you work as part of a team in a fast-food setting?

For the interviewer: Look for candidates with high teamwork and collaboration skills, the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and a willingness to support and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.

For the applicant: Say that you communicate effectively, assist teammates when needed and maintain a positive and cooperative attitude towards achieving goals.
