10. How do you handle customers who have consumed too much alcohol?

Sample response: “To ensure a customer is of legal drinking age, I always check their identification. I am also trained to recognize fake IDs. If a customer is under the legal drinking age, I politely inform them of our policy and offer them non-alcoholic options.”
