Position: Sommelier

Requirements: At least two years of full-service, high-volume restaurant experience; certification from a recognized sommelier program, such as the Court of Master Sommeliers or the International Sommelier Guild preferred; understanding of flavors, aromas and characteristics of food ingredients and wines
