Position: Taproom Lead Team Member
About: Von Ebert Brewing is seeking a dedicated Taproom Lead Team Member to join their team. This position reports to the General Manager and is classified as Hourly Non-Exempt. The Taproom Lead Team Member is responsible for leading shift meetings, fostering camaraderie, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding quality operations in a dynamic brewery setting. Von Ebert Brewing values team safety, guest experience, and overall operational excellence to create a vibrant atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; valid driver’s license and insurance; food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications; knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures; strong communication and organizational skills; flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays; minimum 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience preferred.
