Position: Store Manager in Training
About: QuickChek, a convenience store chain, is seeking a Manager in Training to develop and demonstrate the skills necessary to successfully manage a QuickChek Store. The role prioritizes ensuring a great customer experience through maintaining store standards, safety, and creating a positive store culture for both Team Members and customers. The Manager In Training will also assist in the development and training of store team members and ensure compliance with company standards for fresh food programs.
Requirements: 3+ years Food Service/Retail management experience or bachelor’s degree preferred; availability to work various shifts; ability to work and lead in a team environment; willingness to travel to Support Center and other stores within assigned district; strong attention to detail; basic computer skills; timely arrival & excellent attendance record
