Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); proficiency in basic business and finance acumen, problem-solving skills, and people development; excellent communication and computer skills; 3+ years of management experience; retail management experience preferred; strong organizational skills; passion for pets and customer service; valid driver’s license
