Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in building maintenance and repair; knowledge of safety standards and code requirements; ability to diagnose and solve technical problems; strong attention to detail; good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment; valid driver’s license required.
