Position: Scheduling Access Rep
About: Children’s Wisconsin, a leading pediatric healthcare provider, is looking for a dedicated individual to join as a member of the access team and welcome patient families to Children’s Medical Group. This role involves appointment scheduling following specific modules and acting as a liaison between families and the clinic, reporting to the CMG Contact Center Supervisor and collaborating with other specialists and clinic leadership for optimal outcomes.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Experience: Knowledge of medical terminology, medical menu software, medical billing, patient scheduling, and business office procedures preferred; Skills/Abilities: Exhibit behaviors reflecting organization values, possess excellent interpersonal skills, concentration ability, flexibility in prioritizing efforts, and ability to work independently with quality metrics adherence. Must be able to sit for extended periods, stand when needed, lift up to 25 pounds, and support other primary care locations as per request or policies.
