About: Delaware North Gaming is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will excel in hospitality and management, focusing on guest service excellence and overseeing all restaurant functions.
Requirements: Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial position in a similar style dining restaurant; Servsafe, Food Safety Handler, and TIPS certification; Strong financial and computer skills, including P&L understanding, budget management, Microsoft Office Suite, and point-of-sale systems; Exceptional communication skills and ability to anticipate guest and employee needs; No degree required
