Position: Banquets Chef de Cuisine

Requirements: Six years of overall culinary experience in an upscale hotel or stand-alone restaurant, with at least three years’ experience as a Sous Chef; degree from a recognized culinary institute and/or American Culinary Federation certification; able to lift up to 50 pounds
