Position: General Manager – Franchised
About: Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte – Lake Norman in Huntersville, North Carolina is seeking a General Manager to oversee the overall management and operation of the hotel, optimizing operations, profitability, sales, marketing, revenue management, guest experience, and quality.
Requirements: Previous experience as a hotel general manager or in a senior hotel leadership role; experience working within a branded hotel environment, preferably with Marriott; experience managing food and beverage operations is preferred; a relevant business degree or hospitality diploma; clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with the hotel team to obtain consensus and drive results; demonstrated team-building experience and ability to lead by example; a results-oriented history of success in hospitality management; ability to foster a guest service culture that drives superior guest experiences; experience in training and developing employees effectively; hands-on leadership approach with the ability to adapt to continuous change and dynamic hotel needs
