Position: Hotel General Manager
About: The Fairlane Hotel, a boutique hotel located in Nashville’s business and arts district, occupies a building constructed in 1972 that once served as the headquarters of Fidelity Federal Savings and Loan. The hotel features 81 guest rooms and several dining establishments.
Requirements: Minimum of five years of experience in three- or four-star hotel or hospitality organization; at least three years in a leadership role such as a Hotel General Manager, an Assistant General Manager, a Director of Operations or a Hotel Manager; excellent knowledge of all aspects of hotel business management; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of federal, state and local legislation related to hotel operations; ability to work a flexible schedule
