About: Greenwich High School, part of the Board of Education’s Food Service division, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook II to join their team. This full-time position involves preparing and cooking a variety of foods, supervising food services personnel, and ensuring compliance with food safety and service standards.
Requirements: Graduation from high school plus 2 years of experience in a school lunch program or similar field; certification in Food Safety & Sanitation within six months of employment; free from communicable diseases; ability to estimate food needs, follow instructions, supervise others, and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and the community.
