About: Bonito47 is a fine-dining restaurant that offers an upscale, multi-course omakase tasting menu. It is open for lunch from Monday to Thursday and for dinner from Sunday to Thursday.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Cook in a restaurant setting; strong knife skills and proficiency in handling raw fish; extensive knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques; understanding of food safety practices in the food industry; excellent communication and teamwork skills
