Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with youth, especially vulnerable populations
- Ability to work in diverse environments including schools and public spaces
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to perform light work including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Commitment to cultural competency and inclusion
- Willingness to support transportation needs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teams

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Capacity to perform frontline work in various settings including schools, public spaces, and distressed communities
- Comfort with youth work particularly engaging with vulnerable youth
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and knowledge of Hawaiian culture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with youth, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience or willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Commitment to ethical practice and upholding organizational values
- Basic administrative and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the 'Olino Pathways Team to support activities and events across multiple disciplines including Hula, Contemporary Dance, Hip Hop, and Aerial Dance
- Work directly with youth involved in programming providing guidance and support under the Olino Pathways Team's direction
- Assist with program planning and monitoring creative spaces such as the Dance Studio and adjacent lounge areas
- Assist with the opening, closing, and monitoring of facilities ensuring safe and inclusive environments
- Support pilot projects with partner organizations contributing to implementation and evaluation
- Develop special events, workshops, and open houses to enhance engagement
- Provide administrative support ensuring efficient coordination and documentation
- Assist with transportation as needed
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity ensuring programs are culturally relevant
- Collect data and prepare reports assessing program effectiveness
- Contribute to outreach efforts engaging the local community
- Accept new assignments and help team members
- Work evening and weekend hours as needed
