Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Willing to work long periods of standing without a break
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift, carry and/or push up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in the food service or fast-food industry is beneficial but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Basic math and register operation skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Perform opening responsibilities such as salad preparation, pulling product from the freezer, cleaning and sanitizing, emptying trash
  • Execute pre-closing responsibilities including cleaning and stocking
  • Fulfill closing responsibilities such as cleaning the grill, vacuuming, and washing dishes
  • Operate various stations including runner/line coordinator, order taking/dining room service, grill, fries/nuggets, sandwiches, drinks, and register/drive-thru
  • Maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced team environment
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
