Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- no experience required with on the job training provided
- ability to follow procedures for cleaning and maintenance
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- willingness to perform seasonal outdoor duties
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- one year of similar work experience preferred
- no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- notify manager of repair or operating system needs
- establish and maintain communication with clients and team members
- comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
- move furniture and equipment to clean areas
- clean glass surfaces and mirrors
- wash and replace blinds
- gather and empty trash
- perform seasonal tasks such as raking leaves, snow removal, or cutting grass
- wipe and clean tabletops and chairs in food areas
- service, clean, and supply restrooms
