Job Requirements

- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and ERP system usage

- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines

- Physical ability to load and unload trucks and perform manual tasks
- Willingness to learn and comply with healthcare product handling regulations
Job Duties
- Accurately pick, sort, put away, and stage customer orders according to product code, lot number, and quantity requested
- Inspect truck/container for condition of temperature and cleanliness and report abnormalities to management
- Organize the dock and prepare for inbound and outbound shipments
- Notate and report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor per Standard Operating Procedures
- Check picked orders for accuracy of lot numbers, quantities, and document completion
- Accurately pack customer orders in compliance with instructions
- Pack completed orders to protect product from loss or damage
- Process parcel shipments using Ship Station Meters and palletize packages for carrier transfer
- Scan, palletize, weigh, and stretch-wrap less than truck load shipments
- Create, check, or print Bill of Lading and packing slips and accurately stage for shipping or receiving
- Confirm and compare all identifying information and counts items to verify against documents
- Verify and file records of receiving and shipping at delivery and receipt
- Input receipts into SAP using RF scanning devices and terminals
- Load and unload trucks as assigned
- Support inventory cycle counts
- Observe all safety guidelines and inform supervisor of hazards
- Operate material handling equipment safely
- Learn and comply with SOPs regarding handling, storage, and shipping of dangerous drugs and medical devices
- Clean, maintain, and ensure proper housekeeping to meet GMP requirements
- Perform reasonable duties assigned by team lead or supervisor
- Ensure compliance to company health, safety, environment, energy, and quality management systems
