Job Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of work related experience
  • ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods
  • willingness to work in hazardous conditions and cramped spaces
  • must be able to operate manual or powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • willingness to travel periodically including overnight stays
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • prior warehouse or similar experience preferred
  • prior PIT experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • basic computer skills
  • basic oral communication and ability to write brief messages and keep simple records
  • ability to follow standard procedures with no decision making involved
  • able to use guidance and guidelines provided by supervisor or manager
  • able to work on assignments and priorities provided by supervisor or manager

Job Duties

  • Receive and put away inbound product to designated location
  • pick or pull correct product from the appropriate locations and deliver to staging area or delivery truck
  • operate manual or powered equipment to transport product in and about warehouse
  • sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence
  • maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas
  • comply with established company policies and procedures
  • assume other duties as assigned
