Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or senior living environment preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Physical ability to assist residents with daily activities
- Successful completion of a drug test
- Compliance with tuberculosis test and physical evaluation requirements
- Covid-19 and influenza vaccination as required by law
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in senior care or related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with residents and their families

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Document care and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
