Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- six months retail or related experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to read computer terminals
- ability to push, pull, move, lift or carry objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- open availability on weekends
- average 12 or more hours per week
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- six months retail or related experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- physical capacity to stand for long periods and lift or carry objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual merchandising and cleanliness
- pro-actively manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard
- assist with fitting room standards and provide support when needed
- act as cashier by following cashier protocol
- process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size runs
- assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow all company policies and procedures and notify management of any infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned by management
