Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six months of retail or related experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift or carry at least 25 pounds
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- Open availability on weekends
- Average 12 or more hours per week
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for calculating discounts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Qualifications

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to calculate discounts and percentages
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- Pro-actively manage customer needs and exceed expectations using the U.N.I.Q.L.O. service standard
- Assist with fitting room standards and support when necessary
- Perform cashier duties following protocol
- Process shipments and ensure merchandise is fully stocked in all sizes on the sales floor
- Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Follow all company policies and report infractions
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
