Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to work on ladders
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to push, pull, or move objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom by bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, evenings, and weekends
- average 12 or more hours per week based on seasonality
- open availability on weekends with religious exemptions considered

- flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to work in a team environment
- basic cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- manage customer needs by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard and fundamental principles
- assist fitting room management and ensure standards are met
- act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol
- process shipments and ensure merchandise is fully stocked on the sales floor
- assist management in identifying and resolving in-store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow all company policies and notify management of any infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned by management
