Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate figures including discounts and percentages
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to work on ladders
- ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions like bending and stooping
- open availability on weekends
- average 12 or more hours per week based on seasonality
Job Qualifications

- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of customer service principles
- experience in retail or sales preferred
- ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing UNIQLO service standard
- be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
- act as cashier following cashier protocol when required
- process shipment and ensure merchandise is stocked in full size runs
- assist management to identify and resolve store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow company policy and notify management of infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned
