Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- six months retail or related experience
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to read computer terminals
- ability to push, pull, move, lift or carry objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom
- availability to work an average of 32 or more hours per week for full-time or 12 or more hours for part-time
- open availability on weekends with religious exemptions considered
- restrictions on availability limited to two days per week
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages

Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- proactively manage customer needs and exceed expectations using the U.N.I.Q.L.O service standard
- be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist as needed
- act as cashier following protocol when required
- process shipments ensuring all merchandise is displayed in full size runs
- assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow all company policies and report any infractions
- assist with special projects assigned by management
