Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- six months retail or related experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- ability to stand for long periods, read computer terminals, push, pull, move, lift or carry objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- availability to work average 32 or more hours per week for full-time or minimum 12 hours per week for part-time
- open availability on weekends with religious exemptions considered
- restrictions on availability limited to two days per week
- availability for flexible shifts including nights and evenings
- minimum two closing shifts during the weekday for part-time

Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- proactively manage customer needs and exceed expectations using the U.N.I.Q.L.O. service standard
- be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
- act as cashier following cashier protocol
- process shipments and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size runs
- assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow all company policies and procedures and notify management of infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned by management
