Job Requirements
- valid driver's license for 3 years with a clear motor vehicle record
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- availability during business hours with night and weekend on-call availability
- ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods
- English proficiency
- pass a drug test
- ability to work independently and with a team
- minimum age of 18

Job Duties
- manage road closures using cones and barricades
- direct traffic using two-way flagging with stop and slow signs
- load trucks and deliver/pick up traffic control equipment
- complete reports and other necessary duties
- ensure safety of workers and public in work zones
- coordinate with team members and supervisors
- maintain clear communication during traffic control operations
