Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification may be required depending on location
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Ability to stand and walk 90%-95% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guests' orders and operate cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of JIB experience and 100% certification in all workstations for internal promotes or 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Team Leader training classes
- ServSafe certification may be required in certain states
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
- Basic computer knowledge
Job Duties
- Train and lead team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and standards
- Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation
- Execute the 20/20 guest expectations model
- Support staff development and conduct training sessions
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant
