Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • must have reliable telephone and transportation
  • treat all information as confidential
  • able to sit, stand, lift, and bend throughout the shift
  • pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • complete a criminal background check
  • be a U.S. citizen or have appropriate INS authorization
  • resolve problem situations with employees and passengers
  • meet requirements for a security sensitive identification badge

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • some supervisory or management experience in a shift work environment
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • able to deal tactfully with clients, employees, and the public
  • able to read, understand, and carry out instructions in English
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • must meet requirements for security sensitive identification badge

Job Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day shift operations including employee groups
  • maintain accuracy of timekeeping records
  • properly utilize company and client vehicles and equipment
  • report discrepancies to Account Manager or General Manager
  • schedule personnel daily and obtain approval for overtime
  • monitor employee activity and make necessary adjustments
  • ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures
