Job Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a kitchen environment
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
  • Collaborate with culinary team members to innovate menu offerings
  • Monitor food storage to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff and maintaining operational efficiency
  • Support a 24-hour kitchen operation by maintaining flexibility and readiness to adapt
