Job Requirements
- legal documentation proving identity and eligibility to work in the country
- ability to work full-time including over 40 hours weekly with variable shifts such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
- proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor a team with professional maturity
