Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stool or ladder
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire shift
- Able to maintain distribution log or tracking system
- Ability to inspect and maintain company assets and vehicle
- Strong focus on safety and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Previous driving experience
- Ability to handle cash and charge transactions correctly
- Excellent communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening
- Familiarity with using maps and directions for driving routes
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors and ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked and inventory is maintained
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Maintaining store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists and basic maintenance
- Performing other duties as needed
