Job Requirements
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves using stools or ladders
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to maintain distribution logs and tracking systems
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Ability to handle cash and process charge transactions correctly
- Prior experience in delivery or logistics preferred
Job Duties
- Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing relationships
- Picking up parts from vendors and ensuring accurate stockroom inventory
- Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
- Serving as a NAPA brand ambassador during deliveries
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Maintaining store delivery truck including safety checks and basic maintenance
- Performing other duties as needed
