The role of Spa Attendant - Female is pivotal to ensuring that guests receive outstanding service during their spa visits. This position requires an individual who is personable, attentive, and highly organized, capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities to enhance the overall guest experience. Core duties include greeting guests warmly, managing appointment bookings, handling payments, and providing information on spa amenities and retail products. The attendant plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the female side of the spa, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked, orderly, and meet Wind Creek's high standards of presentation.

Additionally, the Spa Attendant is expected to give guided tours of the facility, serve refreshments, and promptly address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must work on the female side of the spa
  • Successful completion of job interview and guest service audition
  • Ability to comprehend oral and written instructions
  • Ability to lift, push, or carry items over 25 pounds
  • Ability to work varied and irregular shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina for prolonged standing, bending, and kneeling
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and composure in a busy environment
  • Willingness to travel and participate in training
  • Maintain consistent adherence to company appearance and customer service standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required or in progress
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills focused on guest service
  • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
  • Proficient in operating standard office equipment
  • Demonstrated professionalism and hospitality in customer interactions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and assist with reservations
