Job Duties

  • Provide personal attention from the moment the guest enters the spa
  • Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome and introduction to amenities
  • Answer the phone cheerfully and efficiently
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment
  • Remember special guest preferences such as favorite drinks and important dates
  • Support the leadership team by ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Maintain the ambiance with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
