Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior culinary training or degree preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
- leadership experience managing kitchen staff
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong organizational skills
- excellent problem-solving capabilities
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment

Job Duties
- Train and inspire the kitchen team to excel in all kitchen tasks from presentation to technique
- lead and manage by creating schedules, evaluating performance, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- maintain clear and open communication between management and staff
- address and resolve kitchen issues promptly to keep operations efficient
- ensure high food standards and seamless service delivery
- support the kitchen's success by setting goals that improve performance and profitability
- step in to lead the team in the absence of the Executive Chef and provide guidance
- keep records updated and submit payroll on time
