Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years executive chef experience in upscale or fine dining environments
  • Proven leadership and team development abilities
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and quality
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Passion for hospitality and culinary creativity

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Executive Chef experience in upscale or fine dining settings
  • Proven leadership skills with a people-first mindset
  • Working knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and kitchen operations
  • Ability to teach, coach, and develop your teams
  • A passion for hospitality, creativity, and excellence
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
