We are representing a prestigious private 38-meter motor yacht (MY), currently foreign-flagged and located in the Mediterranean region. Job Requirements

  • A positive, can do personality
  • At least 2 years of experience as a head or sole chef on a vessel of similar size or larger
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to take a drug test prior to employment
  • Up to date STCW, ENG1, FHL3 certifications
  • Valid Schengen visa

  • Culinary training or relevant certification

Job Duties

  • Design and prepare healthy, flavorful menus for owners and guests
  • Manage all galley operations including inventory and provisioning
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety onboard
  • Cater to special dietary requirements and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with crew members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Adapt menus and cooking methods to available ingredients and voyage locations
  • Manage food budget and minimize waste
